Dalton was very professional, and answered all of my questions.I also received a video, of my car while it was up on the lift, in forming me of different areas that needed to be addressed. Dalton called me when my car was ready, and it was washed and cleaned. I will definitely make Delaware Porsche, my number one place to get my car service . To also add , to my excellent customer service, I did received a follow up , to see if I had any questions or concerns about my car being serviced . I honestly cannot say enough good things about Richie Garchitorena. This was my first Porsche purchase and also my first out of state purchase. I specifically wanted a CPO Taycan 4s and spoke to several dealers nationwide before getting into contact with Richie. Richie provided outstanding customer service and made the process completely stress free. He even managed to get the car shipped to me at no extra cost.
