Customer Reviews
Porsche Delaware was absolutely amazing to work with. Rob, Nick, Mike, and the entire team at this dealership handled my vehicle with the utmost care and the communication throughout the process was excellent. I needed a complete engine replacement and after dealing with my local dealer with no results Porsche Delaware worked with me to resolve the issues. Thank you to the sales department, reception, service, and everyone that helped me throughout this project! Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience from start to finish!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Porsche dealership. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcome no awkward hovering, no pushy tactics, just warm, helpful people who actually listened to what I was looking for.
The young woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely and set the perfect tone for my entire visit. She was so friendly and welcoming, making everything feel smooth and enjoyable right from the... More

Traded in one Porsche Taycan for another with a much higher trim level—over $200K in cash and vehicles traded hands. My Porsche Brand Ambassador (salesman), River Rodriguez (a millennial who understood how to interact with a baby boomer), and his Sales Manager, Ryan Gilroy, were easy to work with— no hard sells here! Negotiations were cordial and respectful, and a deal that was mutually satisfactory was reached without drama. Car salesmen generally get a bad rap, but Porsche Delaware is an e... More

I had a great experience working with River Rodriguez at Porsche Newark.
River was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through the details and arranged test drives for two Porsche Cayenne models, which I really appreciated. There was absolutely no pressure at any point — just genuine effort to help me understand the cars and make the right decision.
Even though I ultimately did not make my purchase at this dealership, I tr... More

These guys really know how to take care of a customer! Richie and Ryan are fantastic guys that went over and above for us during our purchase and Jen made the paperwork simple and quick. I've never had such an easy car buying experience. I've been a Mercedes guy for the past 12 years and this experience and this car has made me a Porsche guy!

I just had the BEST car buying experience with Richie and the team at Porsche Delaware—and I’ve purchased my fair share of cars over the years! I was searching for a very specific vehicle and was fortunate enough to find it at my local dealer. From start to finish, Richie went above and beyond to make the entire process exceptional.
The negotiation was fair, communication was timely, and the delivery was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Not a single detail was overlooked. I couldn’t be happ... More

Amazing car selection and great car collection on display.
Dave, the salesman that I worked with, was very helpful and responsive, he put together a good deal and the finance folks put together a super smooth transaction for me.
Great enthusiast dealership, would definitely buy here again!

By far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Within less than a 24 hour period I found what I was looking for on the Porsche finder, contacted the dealership to confirm by the manager that it was indeed still there and on the lot, started the initial exchange of info with the salesman Joseph, took the 3 hour ride down to the dealership for a test ride, closed on it and back home safe and sound in the garage. I can’t understand why when you know what you want and what you don’t need thing... More

Bought a great car and actually feel good about the experience! Closed the deal on line and said I just want to sign and drive away. Joseph the salesman and Jen the finance gal made that happen easy.

Porsche Delaware goes above and beyond, my associate River made the experience memorable and unique. He took the time to answer any and all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent. He helped me find my dream car, worked with me to give me multiple options, and made the process better than I could have ever imagined. I will definitely be back😊
