John Mase is awesome! Friendly, laidback and no pressure. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. The manager Alex and Finance person David were all professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to call upon John Mase for my next Porsche!

Delaware Porsche Dealership was an awesome experience for me and my new car. After I had purchased the Porsche I had bought from another dealership, I decided to take to the Porsche dealership in Delaware. The staff that I had talked to about the problems I was having with my car were already acknow...ledged and I was given sound advice of what may have triggered some of the problems I was currently having. The chief maintenance boss was dead on on the money of what was causing my car to have errors after the diagnosis was done. He gave me a loaner vehicle and notified me at what stage the maintenance was being performed on my vehicle as I waited the rest of the day and into the next. He called me and said everything was fixed and I was excited to hear that they finished my car in expeditious time. My first experience with Porsche Delaware Dealership has been awesome. They were polite, courteous and professional the whole time I waited for my car while in service. Great leadership and staff. My hat goes off to them and other dealerships should learn from their example. Show more

I only take Cheetah to this service dealer. They are very professional and courteous. My car is taken care of and returned clean and running great! They always call for any issues outside of what I requested. I have never had a bad experience with them. Highly recommend!

50,000 mile serviceI only take Cheetah to this service dealer. They are very professional and courteous. My car is taken care of and returned clean and running great! They always call for any issues outside of what I requested. I have never had a bad experience with them. Highly recommend!

I had been following used Boxsters online for awhile and had a good feel for current prices. I was looking for a certified pre-owned one and I had found a number of competitively priced vehicles within my budget and meeting my requirements. Porsche of Delaware had my top choice and they had just ...reduced the asking price $1,000. I called to schedule a test drive. I told John Mase, the salesperson, that I would be driving about 2 hours to get there and that I should be there about 2pm. When I arrived he had the car outside running and ready to go. We took a test drive. He explained the features and options as we drove. We came back in, he explained the warranty and what was done to the vehicle to qualify it as certified pre-owned. He showed me the original list price of the vehicle. We negotiated a lower price and within a half hour I had purchased the vehicle. I felt that I paid a fair price for the car. The whole experience was rather laid back and comfortable. I had been to other up-scale non-Porsche car dealers in the past and sometimes I would get the feeling that they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. I would definitely recommend Porsche of Delaware if you are interested in a Porsche. I have not had the vehicle serviced yet, so I cannot comment on their service department. Show more
