Great service and even better staff. I was put in a nice loaner for the day and they go me in and out of the dealership. They went through my maintenance schedule so there are no surprises in the future. I highly recommend Porsche Delaware.

Chelsea, was exceptional from start to finish. First, she diagnosed the issue and provided timely updates during the whole service process. Second, she accurately projected the cost and the time it would take to fix the problem. Lastly, a loner vehicle was provided, however, the repair was completed... ahead of schedule and everything was handled seamlessly. As I said to Chelsea, it was a job well done and I plan to continue to use their service department in the future based on this experience! Show more

Excellent dealing with Joe Pestkowski.. He took the time to respond to my online inquiry and was willing to do whatever it took to help me with my FIRST Porsche, and hopefully not my last. Excellent service and experience in buying my first Porsche! I was an out of state buyer and the whole process was seamless including the delivery to western part of the country. River Rodriguez was there for every step of the way- phenomenal! Jen Beamish was great as well handling all of the pape...rwork very quickly. Everything was good and my salesman Joseph was great ! Jen was also great and explained everything to me and what documents I was signing. Overall it was awesome experience and highly recommend buying from Delaware Porsche.

I recently took my car, to Porsche of Delaware for service. I was very satisfied and impressed with the service department. Dalton was very professional, and answered all of my questions.I also received a video, of my car while it was up on the lift, in forming me of different areas that needed to... be addressed. Dalton called me when my car was ready, and it was washed and cleaned. I will definitely make Delaware Porsche, my number one place to get my car service . To also add , to my excellent customer service, I did received a follow up , to see if I had any questions or concerns about my car being serviced . I really appreciated, the great customer service, that is very rare in today’s society . Show more
